The Spence – Atlanta’s Latest White Hot Restaurant

After spending a few days in the remote NC Mountains we were thrilled to drive through ATL and nosh at one of the city’s white hot spots with old pals. Don’t you love the logo?

We were greeted at the entry with a cheerful mix of flowers and herbs followed by a welcoming sitting area where we chatted up the locals.

Inside was bustling with a range of ATL’s foodies seeking Top Chef winner, Richard Blais’s creative cuisine and stunning waiters running to keep up.

I loved these graphic curtains and fab light fixture with logo on one side and restaurant name on the other. The creativity that went into designing the menu was amazing.

Feast your eyes on these ingenious offerings….

Raw mackerel fried clams and smoked aioli – superb!

Savory corn Crème Brûlée – outstanding!

The freshest Kobe ever with pineapple and pine nuts – wow!

Lobster knuckle sandwiches – delightful!

Bone marrow, Hamachi tartar, and fried quail eggs – splendid!

Oysters and Pearls – freeze dried horseradish cream made with liquid nitrogen!
