The hippo represents your design challenges: from bulky furniture, awkwardly-shaped rooms, to even the most whacked-out color combos. Let us remove the hippo from your home. As Doogie Howser would say, "Stat"!

First things first: Give us a call (we won't bite-too hard). From there, you will be assigned your very own design concierge, who will explain the entire process to you. Want more?! We hear you...They will also measure your room, provide a detailed furniture floor plan, present fabrics and finishes, while also reviewing your project timeline and budget. Pretty sweet huh?! We thought so...

Everything (yes, even the paint!) is included under one great price. Exceptions include flooring and electronics, as well as base boards and crown moldings (additional fee items). Fear not: we know you'll be ecstatic once your room is revealed.

Let the fun begin! Your design concierge has your back by taking exact measurements of your actual room to make sure that everything fits like a glove. Oh so snug!

Never underestimate a completely designed, accessorized bedroom including custom luxury bedding, window treatments, art work, etc. However, if you must *sad hippo-face*, we'll be happy to provide individual pricing on all of the items in our luxury now program.

Once payment has been received, all orders are placed and availability is confirmed. Your furniture is a custom order, with specific finishes, trims, and hardware. It will not be produced until ordered. Once completed, everything ships to our warehouse where it's inspected and made ready for the installation and the BIG reveal. Your designer/concierge will be there for every step...Group hug? Ok...

Within two shakes of a hippo's tail… aka 4 to 6 weeks. Once we receive your custom furniture we will schedule our installation team to deliver the goods. The day of installation will begin at the crack of dawn (aka 8am) and will be completed by 8pm the same day. How's that for service?

Due to past payment issues, we no longer accept first-born children, fox furs, or bartering of any kind. In all seriousness, we accept cash money, checks, or all major credit cards (via PayPal). Sorry, we do not offer financing, and yes, a 7% sales tax will be added to your order *apologetic hippo-face*

Your design concierge will keep in touch with you every step of the way. Our goal is to provide you with real-time updates and feedback for your ease of mind.

Since each piece of furniture has been custom made especially for you, we can not offer any cancellations or returns. Once we have received full payment, all sales are final. *womp womp*

Does a hippo pee in a pond? Fo sho! We will even donate your old furniture to the charity of your choice. After all items are donated we will mail you your contribution certificate for tax purposes. Please consult with your accountant for any tax- related advice for donating furniture. *hippos don't do math*
